Tim Hauraney is one of Canada’s brightest young stars of open-wheel racing. During the 2005 Toyota Atlantic Championship season, Loudspeaker Communications assisted Tim with a uniquely personal Public Relations campaign, as well as acting as his driver’s agent. By fostering a relationship with Tim and then defining a captivating human-interest story, the PR campaign culminated in one of the largest media storms for any driver during the Toronto Molson Indy race weekend. Tim was elevated from anonymous athlete to star status, gaining more press coverage than Toronto’s own Paul Tracy over the course of the weekend.
