Loudspeaker Communications assisted Imperial Tobacco Canada with the planning and execution of their event marketing strategy surrounding their highly-popular title sponsorship of Team Player’s-Forsythe Racing for the Toronto and Vancouver Molson Indy races.  This project consisted of sourcing suppliers, coordinating logistics and the overall management of the following:


- On-site as well as track-side branding

- On-site product sales kiosks

- On-site merchandise sales   - On-site market research gathering
- Driver autograph sessions - Contest promotion
- “Indy-Fest” street parties with Molson’s                 - Show-car logistics and security
- Downtown bar-tours during race-week - Overall Player’s brand stewardship


Loudspeaker Communications also performed marketing consulting services to assist Imperial Tobacco in developing new communications strategies regarding the use of the Team Player’s Show Car program for the post-anti-tobacco advertising legislation period.  This included new race car branding designs, new partnership possibilities and event locations, as well as associated budgets and timelines.
